Abstract

In order to overcome the problem that the energy conversion efficiency of municipal sewage carbonisation is not clear, the research method of energy conversion efficiency of municipal sewage biomass continuous carbonisation based on filtration technology is proposed. In order to obtain the municipal domestic sewage, SBR dephosphorisation device was used to dephosphorise the domestic sewage. Based on the filtration technology, biological aerated filter and A/O biological filter were used to filter the domestic sewage after dephosphorisation to complete the extraction of biomass. The experimental results show that in the period of 1-30 s, the energy conversion efficiency of biomass carbonisation shows an upward trend, the maximum value is 0.94; in the period of 31-40 s, the energy conversion efficiency of biomass carbonisation shows a downward trend. Through the experiment, it can be clear that the energy conversion efficiency of biomass continuous carbonisation in different periods of time.
