Abstract

The RCC is an important content and inevitable requirement of the rural revitalisation strategy. The RCC is conducive to promoting the development of rural economy, improving the overall quality of rural residents, and meeting the spiritual and cultural needs of rural residents. Therefore, in view of the problems such as insufficient economic support and imperfect cultural infrastructure construction in rural cultural construction (RCC), this paper proposed suggestions based on big data (BD) information technology, such as the establishment of urban and rural cultural resource sharing and service platform. This paper also proposed the use of multimodal machine learning to achieve better human-computer interaction mode, and the realisation of accurate rural cultural services. Experimental research on RCC was conducted. The research showed that 256 of the 400 rural residents participating in the survey were dissatisfied with the construction of rural cultural infrastructure (RCI), with a dissatisfaction rate of 64%. Rural residents pay more attention to the RCC. The strategy of RCC has certain feasibility and effectiveness. There are still problems to be solved in RCC, and BD information technology can play an important role in RCC.
