Simulation research of water flowing fracture zone of overburden strata in fully mechanised caving mining

Abstract

Fully mechanised caving mining is widely used because it can quickly convert coal resources into productivity advantages. The water resources of Bayangol coal mine is scarce and the vegetation coverage rate is low. The evolution of the water flowing fracture zone in overburden strata under the fully mechanised caving mining conditions is unknown, and the impact on the ecological environment cannot be predicted. Therefore, this paper took the 311101 working face as the research object, adopted theoretical analysis, FLAC3D numerical simulation and other methods to carry out the study on the evolution of water flowing fracture zone in fully mechanised caving mining in Bayangol coal mine. Through the integrated application of different methods, the development height of the water flowing fracture zone of 311101 working face is determined, and the evolution of the water flowing fracture zone in overburden strata of the fully mechanised caving mining in Bayangol coal mine is preliminarily revealed, which provides guidance and reference for the subsequent working face mining.
