Overcoming the threats and risks of the strategy of education quality management in a region in Industry 4.0

Abstract

This paper analyses the indicators of development of a region's system of education by the example of Kirov Oblast, Russia. The authors evaluate threats, risks, and perspectives of development of a region's multi-level system of education and present the results of SWOT analysis of the factors and determine the parameters of sustainable innovative development of the educational sphere as a social component of region's economic security in the conditions of Industry 4.0. The offered recommendations for quality management in the sphere of increase of positions of the educational sphere for development of socio-economic system of a region in the conditions of Industry 4.0 will allow overcoming the factors of risks and threats in this important sphere of region's strategic development and will ensure more effective and safer transition to a new level of economy and digital industrialisation.
