There exists a concept difference between Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system developers and enterprises. Because of this ineffective implementation of the ERP system often occurs. System thinking approach is applied to a flower chain-store owned by a Taiwan enterprise in China. And also using 'grey relation analysis' in grey theory, we analyse the motive and demand for ERP, and probe into the management problems existing in Taiwan enterprises in China as well as the planning blueprint of all sub-functions before they implementing the ERP system, so as to find out a systematic alternative for the enterprise.
