Abstract

Achieving organisational excellence is an issue that has prompted both the scientific community and business managers. Several models are proposed. Unfortunately, such models tend to divide the approach or suggest complicated frameworks not adaptable to different companies. Based on literature reviews, Amazon's story, and TRIZ papers in management, we have developed a holistic and adaptable model that stimulates the company's creativity, agility, and sustainability. A case study in an HVAC company highlights the advantages of the model, which will initiate a new approach to business excellence. Moreover, further research can be conducted to test the model through case studies in different businesses and fields.
