Abstract

Please note: It is the policy of Inderscience to withdraw from publication any paper if subsequent to publication it becomes a matter of dispute about intellectual property, publishing ethics or legal issues. This paper has been withdrawn from publication according to this policy. Each case is judged on individual circumstances. In this case, the authors ask that this paper be removed from the journal because they acknowledge that some of the theoretical contents of the paper are similar to another one of the authors' work. This paper has therefore been retracted.
