Exploring the impact of international trade policies toward sales performance of the corporates with moderation of trade barriers

Abstract

The study on international trade policies (ITP) and sales performance examines how trade regulations such as tariffs and agreements may influence companies' global sales strategies and outcomes. This study specifically explores the relationships between ITP and SP using moderation of trade barriers from Chinese market based on the classical theory of trade. First, the aim is to examine the connection between ITP and the sales performance of the companies. Second, the objective is to explore the moderating force of trade barriers (TB) between the association of international trade policies and sales performance. The study affirmed a positive relationship between international trade policies and sales performance. This study also confirmed a positive moderating influence of trade barriers between international trade policies and sales performance. The study endows with multiple insights into international trade policies that can enhance sales performance of the companies by overcoming certain trade barriers.
