Abstract

The work is an interactive application that aims to cover all present and institutional changes related to environment and ecology in the agricultural and forestry sector, as they have evolved since the year 1977 until today. The purpose of the work and the creation of the application is to fully inform any interested party which deals with agricultural and forestry sector, as an ecosystem and as an economic good, for legislative developments. The pursuit of the, as complete as possible, update of every concerned party, is also fulfilled by the citation per article to the relevant, current, updated legislation of both the Greek law system and the European Communities court. Since the environment and ecology are considered protected values, they do not solely concern the national law order, by they also have European and international aspects. In EU legislation and international law, laws have been selected and set that address the forest as an integral part of the natural environment and a component of the balance of ecosystem protection rules for wildlife - flora and interdependence of all actors in the protection and enhancement of the environment.
