Abstract

The article is devoted to assessment of effectiveness of the processes of deregulation of economy of Ukraine. The goal of the article lies in the study of tendencies, identification of advantages and identification of the problems of practical realisation of measures of deregulation of economy, directed at reduction of state interference with economic relations. The article considers results of deregulation from the point of view of various objects: entrepreneurial activity and regional development. The article analyses main legislative and organisational grounds of deregulation of economy of Ukraine and its results by directions: licensing system, licensing, tax policy and taxation, foreign economic activity and customs regulation, budget policy, small business development and state control. Further scientific studies lie in the plane of identification of directions of solution of existing problems and increase of effectiveness of measures directed at deregulation of economy and development of recommendations on their legislative provision.
