Assessment of Sufficiency of Innovation Potential of Agrarian Companies

Abstract

The article analyses importance of assessment of innovation potential of a company as an auxiliary tool for identification and analysis of innovation capacities and considers assessment of sufficiency of innovation potential of companies as its particular case. The author offers an orientation methodology of assessment of sufficiency of innovation potential of companies adapted for the agrarian sphere and based on the concept of stable development, in the basis of which is provision of high effectiveness of agrarian production, improvement of well-being of local rural districts and environmental safety. The above mentioned methodology characterises main directions of activity of agrarian companies and is based on assessment of the level of main structural components of their innovation potential, namely: marketing, information and communication, production and technological, personnel, scientific and technical, organisational and managerial, financial and economic, and socio-ecological.
