Indicators of Food Security as Criteria of Efficiency of Development of the Agro-Food Sphere of a State
The article generalises criteria of efficiency of development of the agro-food sphere and also the state of food security of a country, identified by a wide spectrum of interrelated indicators, which are systemised into relevant groups. Main tasks of state bodies of management are timely forecasting and revelation of threats of food security and minimisation of their negative impact by means of strategic food reserves.
