Functional Analysis of Competence of Directors of the Executive Body of a Construction Company
The article performs a functional analysis of a competence of top managers on identification of key: tasks and functions, rights, responsibility and qualification requirements. The studies and statistical assessment of observation data identify importance of each leading competence of a general director by stages of the living cycle of a joint-stock company. It generalises the structure of importance of a competence of directors by relevant prospects of development of the construction business. The proposed card of leading competences of a director provides with an opportunity to make an assessment of correspondence of his or her competence for solving tasks of a specific period of time and identification of an adequate system of reimbursement.
