Criteria and Indicators of Study of Efficiency of the State Debt Policy

Abstract

The article considers approaches to assessment of the state debt policy, application of which would allow identification volume of internal and external indebtedness. It considers indicators of assessment of the debt load on economy, which are used by world organisations for identification of the level of the state debt security as a component of financial security. In the result of the study the article identifies main indicators for assessment of the Ukrainian debt policy, main criteria of the structural analysis of the state debt and criteria for identifying impact of the debt policy and economic situation in the country. The prospect of further studies in this direction is development of the system of criteria for identification of efficiency of use of the funds attracted by the state.
