Use of Adaptive Mechanisms of Realisation of the Strategy of Technical Development in Activity of Manufacturers of Baking Equipment in Ukraine

Abstract

The article reveals the essence of mechanisms of realisation of the strategy of technical development of enterprises that manufacture baking equipment in Ukraine with passive and active adaptation to the external environment of an enterprise. It build on a mechanism of strategic management of technical development of the studied enterprises, which includes diagnostics of strategic fields of technical development, primary strategic analysis and analysis of external environment of an enterprise. It marks specific features of integration of strategic, tactical and operative plans of technical development in the result of application of these mechanisms. It studies the essence of economic, organisational, motivational and information components of strategic management of technical development of the studied enterprises.
