Planning of Personnel Potential of Customs Organs in Ukraine: the Problems of Today

Abstract

The article deals with the main problems associated with the planning personnel potential in terms of reforming the customs service of Ukraine. The article describes the changes in the current legislation in the context of the study subjects; the analysis of the rate of increase of customs payments to the state budget and the cost of the customs bodies of Ukraine; the dependence between corruption in customs and wages. The article describes the improvement staff capacity customs bodies.
