The New Status of Domestic Consumer in the Context of Market Reforms of the Domestic Energy Sector

Abstract

In this article the authors proposed to issue additional system classification signs of domestic consumers, that more fully reflects the changes that occurred in the consumer community for the past decade. It was defined groups of consumers, which are active investors and may be considered the system as business partners.
