Practice of Forming the Dividend Policy of the Joint-stock Companies of Domestic Ferrous Industry

Abstract

The paper studies features of the formation of the dividend policy and the factors that determine the example of joint-stock companies of ferrous metallurgy. It is concluded that the formation of a corporate management system for steel plants and the development of effective dividend policy are tools that would allow property owners to maximize revenues.
