La amplitud de posturas en la toma de decisiones tiene como origen la existencia de un gran desconocimiento sobre los factores y procesos que impulsan estas decisiones. La investigación en el campo de la lógica dominante se ha desarrollado de forma puntual, pero ahora se impone trabajar desde un enfoque holístico considerando el sistema completo. Para ello, hemos creado un modelo que incluye el conjunto de esta visión, de tal manera que nos permite entender la realidad tanto de los elementos que la forman como de las relaciones entre sus dimensiones, creando unos sólidos fundamentos para mejorar las actuaciones empresariales. / The amplitude of positions in the decision making has like origin the existence of the lack of knowledge on the factors and processes that drive these decisions. The research in the field of the dominant logic has been developed of precise form, but now it prevails to work from a holistic approach considering the system complete. For it, we have created a model that includes the set of this vision, in such a way that it allows us to understand the reality of the elements that form it and the relations between their dimensions, creating a solid basis to improve the enterprise performances.
