Abstract

Desde su origen, a finales de los setenta, la investigación en dirección estratégica de los recursos humanos se ha desarrollado rápidamente. La explosión de enfoques, que todavía se observa en la literatura, hace necesario revisar sistemáticamente el estado de la cuestión de la disciplina. Con este objetivo, el artículo plantea una clasificación de las aportaciones en cuatro perspectivas diferentes, pero complementarias. Al enfatizar cada una de ellas en un aspecto particular del objeto de estudio es posible compatibilizarlas para construir un modelo integrador capaz de explicar la dirección estratégica de los recursos humanos en toda su complejidad. / From its origins at the end of the seventies, research on strategic human resource management has developed quickly. The actual explosion of the literature makes a systematic revision of the State of the Art necessary. This is the objective of this paper, which classifies theoretically the literature into four generic perspectives. The principal concIusion derived from this analysis is that, despite the differences between the approaches, it is possible to make its contributions compatible and balance its limitations, and therefore, define an integrative model that represents our actual understanding of the cornplex phenomenon of strategic human resource management.
