Abstract

In this paper, 145 top executives in sale and service industries in the State of Aguascalientes, Mexico were interviewed to determine the relationship between communication and learning. The study seeks to indentify how communication influences the learning process. The results suggest that communication do impact the learning process, and that induction and continuous training are important in the achievement of corporate goals.
