Methodological Measurement of the Formation of Strategic Portfolio of the Enterprise Financial Security

Abstract

The article is devoted to the processing of methodological measurement of the formation of strategic portfolio of the enterprise financial support. The subject-matter of the enterprise financial support strategy is disclosed. The principles are determined and the detailed algorithm of the financial security strategic portfolio forming has been proposed, which includes: 1) determination of influence of external and internal environment factors on the enterprise activities; 2) evaluation of the enterprise financial security level; 3) identification and assessment of threats to the enterprise financial security;4) development of the enterprise financial security and the models of its implementation; 5) provision of the enterprise financial security strategies. Special attention is paid to the allocation of financial interests' priorities and to the selection of the objects to be protected, to the identification of threats and models of financial security implementation. It was proved that financial security support is performed at each level by the relevant subdivisions and methods, and the strategic portfolio of the financial security provision of every enterprise is purely individual, its completeness and effectiveness depend on available business opportunities and support of headquarters and employees.
