Financial Architecture of Dairy Processing Plant Innovation Development

Urgency to ensure country's food security provides introduction of innovative model of agricultural production development and grounds for financial basis of realization. In this respect, the nature and problematic aspects of implementing innovations in present agricultural enterprises have been researched in the paper. Theoretical basis for forming of dairy company innovative development financial architecture, its functional elements in the context of formation, placement and use of financial flows have been defined. Definition of 'company financial architecture' in the light of management flow concepts use. Indicators assessing financial security architecture of dairy processing plant innovative development have been systematized. Existing scientific approaches to forming agro-industrial complex financial security evaluation levels have been extended, and existing relationship between them reconfirmed. Main directions of enhancing financial architecture of enterprise innovative development have been substantiated.
