Abstract

Este trabajo propone un modelo logit de regresión para determinar los factores asociados con la calidad del empleo en Bolivia. Utilizando datos de las Encuestas de Hogares de 2011 a 2021, se analiza cómo variables como la tenencia de un contrato de trabajo, contribuciones a AFPs y género influyen en la calidad del empleo en periodos pre y durante la pandemia.
