Abstract

Este estudio analiza cómo las Capacidades de Aprendizaje Organizativo (OLCs) y la Orientación Emprendedora impactan en el Desempeño Innovador de las empresas bolivianas. Se emplea un modelo adaptado de Alegre y Chiva para medir este impacto a través de una encuesta dirigida a empresas con más de cinco años de antigüedad y más de cinco empleados. Los resultados muestran una afectación positiva significativa de las OLCs y la Orientación Emprendedora sobre el Desempeño Innovador, siendo la Orientación Emprendedora la que presenta mayor incidencia.
