Zur Interdependenz von Innovationen und Qualifikationen: Eine Einführung

Abstract

Die Autoren stellen die Beiträge des Schwerpunktheftes zum Thema "Innovation und Qualifikation" vor. Sie zeigen, dass Innovationen und Qualifikationen in einer dynamischen Wechselbeziehung zueinander stehen. Innovationen haben gravierende Auswirkungen auf die notwendigen Qualifikationen, gleichzeitig spielt Qualifikation eine entscheidende Rolle im Innovationsprozess und kann die effektive Nutzung neuer Technologien durch Aus- und Weiterbildung ermöglichen. Innovationsforschung ist somit eng mit Qualifikationsforschung und der Curriculumentwicklung von Berufen und Ausbildungen verbunden. (IAB2)
