Abstract

"In dem Beitrag zur Ausbildungsadäquanz der Beschäftigung von Fachhochschul- und Universitätsabsolventen steht die 'vertikale Dimension' der Adäquanz, also die Übereinstimmung von Qualifikationsniveau und positionalem Niveau der Beschäftigung, im Mittelpunkt der Betrachtung. Die Größenordnung des qualifikations(un)angemessenen Einsatzes wird im Zeitablauf anhand der Mikrozensen 1985 bis 1991 untersucht. Die Analysen konzentrieren sich auf die alten Bundesländer. Die Daten zum Merkmal 'Stellung im Betrieb' werden, soweit möglich, über berufsbezogene Zusatzauswertungen differenziert. An Stelle der sonst üblichen punktgenauen Bestimmung werden Bandbreiten niveauinadäquater Beschäftigung ermittelt, die den Unschärfen des Erhebungsinstruments eher entsprechen. IAB-Doku)
