Ost-West-Wanderungen: Ursachen und Entwicklungstendenzen : Bundesrepublik Deutschland und Österreich

Abstract

"In dem Beitrag wird versucht, zu den aktuellen Wanderungen aus dem Osten Europas einige Fakten zusammenzutragen. Es werden die aktuellen Entwicklungen in ihren Größenordnungen und Strukturen (Personengruppen, Länderstrukturen) aufgezeigt. Anschließend wird auf die in den Herkunfts- und Zielländern begründeten Ursachen eingegangen. Hieran knüpfen Überlegungen an, welches die zukünftigen Tendenzen der Ost-West-Wanderungen sein könnten. Schließlich wird - nach einer Skizze bisheriger Reaktionen Deutschlands und Österreichs auf die neue Situation - angedeutet, welches die Konsequenzen sind, die aus den Veränderungen und Perspektiven der - potentiellen - Wanderungsentwicklungen gezogen werden sollten."
