Jugendliche beim Übergang in eine betriebliche Berufsausbildung und in die Erwerbstätigkeit : Literaturüberblick und neuere empirische Ergebnisse

Abstract

"Ein größeres Forschungsinteresse an den Vorgängen beim Übertritt Jugendlicher von der Schule in eine Berufsausbildung ('1. Schwelle') und beim Übergang von der Berufsausbildung in eine Erwerbstätigkeit ('2. Schwelle') ist entstanden, als Diskrepanzen zwischen Nachfrage nach und dem Angebot an Ausbildungsstellen absehbar wurden. Der Beitrag liefert einen Überblick über die empirischen Befunde bezüglich der Übergangsprozesse in eine betriebliche Berufsausbildung und bezüglich des Verbleibs der Jugendlichen nach der Ausbildung. Dabei ergeben sich eine Reihe von Einflußfaktoren, wie der sozio-demographische Hintergrund oder die regionale Arbeitsmarktsituation, die den Verlauf der Ausbildung und den Einstieg in die Erwerbstätigkeit beeinflussen. Ergänzt werden die Ergebnisse durch multivariate Analysen von Daten aus dem Sozio-ökonomischen Panel." (Autorenreferat)
