Zur Entwicklung der Lohnersatzleistungen für Arbeitslose

Abstract

Im Rahmen der jährlichen Arbeitsmarktvorausschau des IAB wurde 1987 auch die finanzielle Absicherung der Arbeitslosigkeit nach dem AFG näher untersucht. "Der Anteil des durch Lohnersatzleistungen abgedeckten Arbeitslosigkeitsvolumens ist in den letzten Jahren zurückgegangen. Dem wurde seit 1985 durch mehrere leistungsrechtliche Verbesserungen entgegengewirkt. Komponenten der Entwicklung der Leistungsempfängerquote werden aufgezeigt und der Einfluß der jüngsten Gesetzesänderungen abgeschätzt." (IAB2)
