Substitutionspotentiale bei Ausbildungsberufen (Lehrberufen) nach dem Urteil der Vorgesetzten

Abstract

"Im Rahmen der Untersuchung über Berufsverläufe bei männlichen Erwerbspersonen wurden die Vorgesetzten u.a. auch nach der für die Ausübung der Tätigkeit ihrer Mitarbeiter notwendigen Ausbildung befragt. In den Fällen, in denen eine betriebliche Ausbildung (Lehrausbildung) für erforderlich gehalten wurde (62,6 %), wurde nach dem notwendigen Ausbildungsberuf sowie danach gefragt, ob auch eine Ausbildung in einem anderen Beruf genügen würde. Die Auswertung derAntworten ergab, daß bei nahezu der Hälfte (45,1%) aller Arbeitsplätze, für die nach dem Urteil der Vorgesetzten eine betriebliche Ausbildung notwendig ist, mehrere unterschiedliche Ausbildungsberufe genannt wurden. Die Polyvalenz der Arbeitsplätze in bezug auf alternative Ausbildungsberufe ist also relativ hoch. Es konnten drei Felder abgegrenzt werden, innerhalb derer nach dem Urteil der Vorgesetzten Substitutionsbeziehungen bestehen: Die Bauberufe, die Metall- und Elektroberufe sowie die kaufmännischen Berufe. In jedem dieser Felder gibt es einen oder zwei Ausbildungsberufe, die besonders viele andere Ausbildungsberufe abdecken können."
