Abstract

"Die gezielte Förderung beruflicher Weiterbildung soll Leistungsbeziehenden langfristig stabile Übergänge in den Arbeitsmarkt erleichtern und damit zur Fachkräftesicherung beitragen. Doch eine aktuelle Befragung der Jobcenter zeigt: Fehlende Vorkenntnisse auf Seiten der Leistungsberechtigten, knappe Haushaltsmittel und fehlende Teilzeitangebote sind Hindernisse auf dem Weg zur Weiterbildungsteilnahme."
