Abstract

"Teilqualifizierungen sind modulare Weiterbildungen, die durch die Bundesagentur für Arbeit gefördert werden können, um die Arbeitsmarktchancen von Arbeitslosen und Beschäftigten zu verbessern. Wer mehrere Module im gleichen Berufsfeld belegt, kann hierdurch zudem einen anerkannten Berufsabschluss nachholen. Bisherige Analysen mit Prozessdaten zeigen jedoch, dass geförderte Teilnehmende häufig nur ein Modul belegen. Eine Online-Befragung liefert nun erste Erkenntnisse darüber, inwieweit Teilnehmende bereit wären, weitere Module zu belegen oder eine Umschulung zu machen." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
