Abstract

"6 Prozent der deutschen Betriebe sehen sich von den Auswirkungen der seit Anfang 2025 geänderten US-Zollpolitik überwiegend negativ betroffen. In diesen Betrieben arbeiten 11 Prozent der Beschäftigten. Gleichwohl fiel der Rückgang der offenen Stellen dort bislang weniger stark aus als im Durchschnitt aller Betriebe. Andere Faktoren scheinen für die Flaute am Arbeitsmarkt derzeit eine deutlich wichtigere Rolle zu spielen. Längerfristig dürften die globalen Verwerfungen durch die US-Zollpolitik und die daraus resultierende zusätzliche Unsicherheit der Unternehmen den erhofften Aufschwung am Arbeitsmarkt jedoch in jedem Fall erschweren."
