Abstract

"Die Arbeitswelt unterliegt seit einigen Jahren einer rasanten Digitalisierung. Damit sind sowohl Chancen als auch Risiken für die psychische Gesundheit der Beschäftigten verbunden. Zudem ergeben sich daraus handfeste ethische Implikationen. So droht nicht zuletzt ein Gerechtigkeitsproblem, weil bestimmte Gruppen von Beschäftigten eher Gefahr laufen als andere, durch die Digitalisierung Nachteile zu erfahren und mit der digitalen Entwicklung nicht mehr Schritt halten zu können."
