Abstract

"Die hohe Zahl unbesetzter Ausbildungsstellen zählt zu den größten Herausforderungen am Ausbildungsmarkt. Eine mögliche Ursache besteht darin, dass sich Auszubildende nach Vertragsabschluss umentscheiden. Daten der BA-BIBB-IAB-Bewerberstudie zeigen, dass Jugendliche vor allem dann weitersuchen, wenn das eingegangene Ausbildungsverhältnis nicht ihren eigentlichen Wünschen entspricht. Aber auch weitere Gründe können eine Rolle spielen." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
