Abstract

"In Deutschland beträgt der gesetzliche Mindesturlaub vier Wochen, in den meisten Betrieben gelten tarifvertraglich aber deutlich höhere Urlaubsansprüche. Bei drei Viertel der sozialversicherungspflichtig Beschäftigten lag der Urlaubsanspruch im Jahr 2023 bei 30 Tagen. Allerdings gibt es je nach Beschäftigtengruppe signifikante Unterschiede."
