Abstract

"Die „neue Grundsicherung für Arbeitsuchende“ soll mehr Verbindlichkeit schaffen und die Arbeitsmarktintegration wieder konsequent in den Fokus rücken. Schärfere Regeln bei Sanktionen, Schonvermögen und der Bekämpfung von Sozialleistungsmissbrauch können zudem die öffentliche Akzeptanz der Grundsicherung stärken. Mit der Betonung von Qualifizierung als ein Baustein für eine nachhaltige Beschäftigungsintegration bleibt ein wichtiges Anliegen des Bürgergeldes erhalten. Dies gilt auch für die im Koalitionsbeschluss anerkannte Notwendigkeit, unterschiedliche Lebenslagen in Beratung und Betreuung noch stärker zu berücksichtigen." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
