Abstract

"Zur Umsetzung des Klimaschutzes werden zusätzliche Arbeitskräfte benötigt. So müssen unter anderem erneuerbare Energien weiter ausgebaut und Maßnahmen zur Anpassung an den Klimawandel realisiert werden. Dies betrifft vor allem Berufe im Baugewerbe, bei denen bereits heute deutliche Engpässe herrschen. Analysen im Rahmen des QuBe-Projektes zeigen, dass sich die Rekrutierungssituation in vielen Berufen weiter verschärfen dürfte." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
