Abstract

"Die Beratung und Vermittlung von Leistungsberechtigten in der Grundsicherung obliegt den Jobcentern. Die meisten Leistungsberechtigten bewerten die Beratung durch die Jobcenter eher positiv. Allerdings ist Angst vor einer Kürzung der Geldleistungen weit verbreitet. Selbst wenn Sanktionen weder verhängt werden noch explizit zur Sprache kommen, kann allein die Möglichkeit einer Kürzung des Existenzminimums den Kontakt mit dem Jobcenter beeinflussen."
