Abstract

"Analysen auf Basis des Nationalen Bildungspanels zeigen, dass im Schnitt etwa drei Viertel der Beschäftigten mit Hochschulabschluss von ihrem Betrieb ein Angebot zur Weiterbildungsunterstützung erhalten – sei es in Form der Übernahme von Kosten oder der Freistellung zum Besuch von Kursen. Bei den Geringqualifizierten sind es nur 42 Prozent. Wenn diese eine solche Unterstützung erhalten, bilden sie sich ähnlich häufig weiter wie Hochqualifizierte." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
