Abstract

"Psychische Erkrankungen erhöhen das Risiko, arbeitslos und frühverrentet zu werden. Daher ist es wichtig, Betroffene bei der beruflichen (Wieder-)Eingliederung zu unterstützen. Eine qualitative Studie zeigt: Für einen erfolgreichen Verlauf der Rehabilitation und einen nachhaltigen Übergang in den Arbeitsmarkt ist ein gutes Zusammenspiel der zuständigen Akteure, eine kontinuierliche Betreuung beim Beschäftigungsübergang und ausreichend Zeit und Flexibilität während der Rehabilitation erforderlich."
