Abstract

"Durch das Auseinanderbrechen der Ampel-Koalition dürfte sich die Verabschiedung des geplanten Forschungsdatengesetzes verzögern. Das Ziel, den Datenzugang für die Forschung zu verbessern und die bestehenden Daten zu Forschungszwecken besser miteinander zu verknüpfen, bleibt von großer Bedeutung und sollte auch von einer neuen Bundesregierung entschlossen verfolgt werden. Dabei gilt es, auf die bereits erfolgreich arbeitende Dateninfrastruktur aufzubauen und diese integrativ zu nutzen. Die Erfahrungen des IAB als Bestandteil der wirtschafts- und sozialwissenschaftlichen Forschungsdateninfrastruktur bieten Lehren für die Ausgestaltung des Forschungsdatengesetzes."
