Abstract

"Auch für Geflüchtete steht eine breite Palette an arbeitsmarktpolitischen Instrumenten zur Verfügung. Mit Ausnahme der Arbeitsgelegenheiten entfalten sie noch knapp sechs Jahre nach Förderbeginn eine positive, wenngleich unterschiedlich starke Wirkung auf den Übergang in reguläre Beschäftigung und das Erwerbseinkommen. So steigern Förderungen zur beruflichen Weiterbildung in der langen Frist das monatliche Einkommen im Schnitt um bis zu 800 Euro und die Beschäftigungsquote um etwa 13 Prozentpunkte."
