Abstract

"Mit dem Instrument „Eingliederung von Langzeitarbeitslosen“ soll arbeitsmarktfernen Leistungsberechtigten eine Brücke aus der Arbeitslosigkeit in den allgemeinen Arbeitsmarkt gebaut werden. Dazu sollen die Beschäftigungsverhältnisse verstärkt in der Privatwirtschaft angesiedelt sein. Neben der Gleichbehandlung aller Arbeitgeber verspricht sich die Politik davon auch höhere Übernahmechancen als bei gemeinnützigen und öffentlichen Arbeitgebern. Analysen des IAB zeigen jedoch: Die Wirkung auf die spätere Erwerbsintegration der Geförderten fällt bei allen drei Arbeitsgebertypen rund ein Jahr nach Förderende ähnlich hoch aus."
