Abstract

"In den vergangenen Jahren hat die Bundesregierung die Rekrutierung ausländischer Fachkräfte erleichtert. Dennoch rekrutierten aktuell nur 6 Prozent der Betriebe aktiv Fachkräfte im Ausland. Während 58 Prozent der Betriebe dieses Instrument nicht nutzen, da sie keine Fachkräfte benötigen, nutzen 36 Prozent der Betriebe diese Möglichkeit nicht, obwohl sie Fachkräfte benötigen. Diese Betriebe begründen den Verzicht vor allem mit Schwierigkeiten bei der Einschätzung der Qualifikation und mit rechtlichen Hürden." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
