Abstract

"In den letzten Jahren gab es eine Vielzahl von Innovationen im Bereich der künstlichen Intelligenz (KI). Die öffentliche Debatte schwankt zwischen der Befürchtung, dass viele Tätigkeiten künftig nicht mehr von Menschen erledigt werden und Arbeitsplätze wegfallen, und der Hoffnung, dass neue Tätigkeitsfelder und damit eine neue Qualität von Arbeit entstehen. In einer Studie untersuchen die IAB-Forscher Michael Stops und Lennert Peede unter anderem anhand einer Analyse von Stellenanzeigen aus den Jahren 2015 bis 2019, wie sich KI-Technologien in dieser frühen Phase bereits auf die Arbeitsnachfrage und die Beschäftigung auf Betriebsebene auswirkten."
