Abstract

"Netzwerke spielen eine bedeutende Rolle in der Arbeitswelt: Oft bilden sie die Grundlage für die persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung und somit für den beruflichen Erfolg. So können gerade junge Akademiker*innen bei ihrem Einstieg in den Beruf unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen von beruflichen Kontakten profitieren, die sie während eines Studentenjobs geknüpft haben."
