Abstract

"Betriebe, die jüngst Kontakt zum Arbeitgeber-Service der Bundesagentur für Arbeit hatten, bewerten die erbrachte Dienstleistung mehrheitlich positiv. Allerdings haben innerhalb von zwölf Monaten hochgerechnet nur rund 25 Prozent aller Betriebe diese Leistungen genutzt. Dies hat verschiedene Ursachen, die nicht immer durch den Arbeitgeber-Service beeinflussbar sind. Hauptgrund ist der fehlende Bedarf der oftmals kleinen Betriebe. Problematisch ist jedoch, wenn Betriebe trotz vorhandenem Bedarf die angebotenen Leistungen nicht kennen." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
