Abstract

"Mit dem Teilhabechancengesetz sind 2019 zwei neue Förderinstrumente für Langzeitarbeitslose geschaffen worden. Mit Lohnkostenzuschüssen von bis zu 100 Prozent in der Anfangszeit und einer langfristigen Förderung von bis zu fünf Jahren werden Arbeitgeber bei der Einstellung Langzeitarbeitsloser unterstützt, die Teilnehmenden erhalten während der Förderung ein begleitendes ganzheitliches Coaching. Das IAB hat das neue Gesetz seit Beginn der Förderung evaluiert, nun erscheint der Abschlussbericht. Die Redaktion des IAB-Forums hat dazu bei vier Expertinnen und Experten nachgefragt."
